Actors Seek Pakistan-India Relations Boost at Karachi Film Festival

Amid a thaw in relations between Pakistan and India, two leading Indian movie stars on Saturday said actors and directors from the two countries should jointly produce films.

Indian films are immensely popular in Pakistan, and "Dhoop" - starring Om Puri - was screened Friday night at the opening of the 10-day Kara Film Festival in Karachi.
