A salute to the ones who deserve it.

www.pakpositive.com My friends, this post is not like the ones i've put up before.

Mr.Iftikhar M.Chaudhry became a symbol for the movement of the restoration of the judiciary and in the larger prespective the establishment of true justice in Pakistan. Knowing and understanding his position in the movement, it was but imperitive that he would be restored the way he was without any compromise. He enjoyed the unconditional support of the people of Pakistan, the political parties and most importantly the legal fraternity.

Hence for the common man, the movement started and ended with the banner of Iftikhar Ch. However, we as a nation need to and ought to salute the remaining deposed judges who did not enjoy the same media attention or public support, judges of the likes of Khawaja Shareef of the Lahore High Court, Justice Khalil ur Rahman Ramday of the Supreme Court, and the judges of the Sindh High Court did not give in to the tempation of immediate re-instatement (mind you, not restoration but re-instatement) they did not abandon the movement and took the oath again, it these judges, the unsung heroes who deserve to be saluted for all they had was an unfettered faith in God and a solid belief in the system for which they so willingly suffered. For these men integrity, honour, and the willingness to sacrifice personal gain for the system's betterment was paramount.

So, my friends, just do not read this post, but comment on it too, for they deserve it.

Definitely, salute to those peoples who were at the main frame for the last 2 years. They left their jobs and even practice in their bars just to re-instate the deposed judges on November 2007 position. Credit should go to them, the way they staged a protest.

Credit should go to civil society, doctors, engineers, teachers, professors, all of them were supported Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry. Justice sahab was not their relative but all of them supported them just because all they saw a dictatorship of extreme brutal from Pervaiz Musharraf. They have seen what happened in Islamabad against Jamia Hafsa and Jamia Faridia students, in Dera Bugti against Nawab Akbar Bugti, therefore they supported Chief Justice to solve the matters which was pending for the last so many years.

All people's interest were just to uplift the supreme power of law which will benefit to them in the near future.
