there is an anecdote someone shared on email that pretty much encapsulates the spirit of the welcome note by pak positive...the anecdote goes something like this....that there was this person who had a challenging job and he was a picture perfect example of a man satisfied with life...so they asked him the secret of his contentment given that his life was miserable in the office and he goes....everyday there are challenges to be overcome...there are some that one is able to handle and address to some satisfaction...some are left for the next day but just before entering home in the evening....i touch the flowers in the frontyard and say a little prayer and leave these worries outside before i meet my kids and get on with life that really matters the most

so i agree with pakpositive that being a cynic is taking the easy way out...and reveals a certain tendency of trying to find scape-goats rather than taking the problems head on.....

with that off my shoulders...here is to a great start to this "specials" section.....
