First ever Pakistani car is all set to roll out for commercial sale in the last week of March or first week of April this year with more than 70 per cent indigenised parts. Initially, it was driven from Karachi to Ormara in 43 degree Celsius, then from Karachi to Peshawar once via Lahore and Islamabad and finally to Quetta thrice. “Things have proved successful beyond our expectations,” he said and added “despite the few tingling, everything is running smoothly”. Khan was much enthusiastic about his latest roll out despite the fact that the last product of his company – a four-wheel drive luxury jeep – had seemingly failed to attract significant number of buyers.
