Lahore Flower Prices Skyrocket on Valentine’s Eve

Skyrocketing prices of roses – from Rs.12 to Rs.200 a dozen – have not dampened the enthusiasm of Lahore’s young as they prepare to celebrate Valentine’s Day Monday. This also reflects a new trend in otherwise conservative Pakistan. It’s not just rose prices that have shot through the roof.
