Indians Find Pakistanis Ahead in Entrepreurship

Indian managers have found their Pakistani counterparts are ahead in creating jobs and fostering entrepreneurship, the Indian co-organiser of a management meet of the two countries here has said. “We found there is much to learn from Pakistani entrepreneurs, who have broken away from the traditional feudal setups, to start effective appraisal programmes to create congenial work atmosphere and chart growth,” said Rakesh Sharma, president of the Delhi Management Association (DMA), which hosted the two-day summit here along with Islamabad’s HR Foundation.
