Why aren't there more Pakistani egg donors?

www.pakpositive.comI work for an infertility clinic and everyday we get couples who are looking for Pakistani egg donors, and there just are too few for the number of couples across the U.S who need them.

Why don't more women donate?

Is it religious? Culture? The couples then turn to donors outside of there culture and pick someone with similar colouring which they don't want to do.

What is the best way to let younger women in this community know that there help is needed?

Will it be acceptable to do in there community?
