what do u feel when you meet people from small cities?

Hi ppl plz tell me what do feel about such a person and would you not respect him/her just because they are from small cities even if they are educated?
so far I have noticed that ppl only think karachi and lahore are ok and now islamabad has also been included.its like ppl from rawalpindi ,are not treated well(THEY SAY),whereas isl's are.
Include rawalpindi,multan,hyderabad,faisalabad etc.
(When ppl go from pakistan to usa how are they treated(just a thought!!!!!!!))
