Contrary to popular belief, the word pakhaana does not mean ‘poti’, shit or stool. The literal meaning is a place where you do your shit, in other words, a latrine or toilet.

Here we are going to indulge not only in incidents relating to this ‘happening’ place( a place where we spent a good chunk of our life doing, well, a variety of things depending upon our need as well as imagination), but also stories and anecdotes which are a bit shitty in nature lending credibility to the notion, Shit Happens.
