Porsche to Begin Selling in Pakistan

German luxury sportscar maker Porsche will next year start selling cars in Pakistan, the company said in a statement Wednesday. Starting in the first quarter of 2006, Porsche will open a showroom in Lahore, with an eye toward soon expanding into Islamabad and Karachi. The company said it has signed contracts with Pakistani importer Autotechnik Pvt. Ltd.
