Pakistani Restaurant in Malaysia Offers Best of Mughlai

Food, not ambience, is the focus at Lasani, though there are red kilims — traditional woven rugs on the walls, and a few pieces of handicraft decorating the place. Jilani, a graduate in business management from the University of Los Angeles in the US, intends to provide ‘quality Mughlai food, superb taste and good service’. To help him achieve this are two cooks from Pakistan, and special herbs and spices imported from the north of that country. Jilani, who has worked as general manager at a steak house in the US.
