New Sikh and Chinese Sections at Lahore Museum Soon

The Lahore Museum will borrow artefacts from the Lahore Fort to display at its new Sikh section. The donations include miniature paintings from the Sikh period, featuring the Guler, Kangra and Pahari schools of thoughts and a Quran presented by Raja Ranjeet Singh to one of his ministers. A large collection of coins has also been put on display, including a gold medal owned by Ranjeet Singh. The Sikh section also hosts photographs of the coins and medal. An old manuscript of Granth Sahib and a replica of the golden temple…
