Pakistani IT Firm Grabs Multimillion $ Contract at Dubai GITEX

Si3, Pakistan’s premier IT systems integrator, announced it would be providing infrastructure and consulting support to Inov8, an e-commerce solution provider, aimed at deploying the largest state of the art point-of-sale (POS) terminal network in Pakistan. The multimillion dollar deal is expecting to span several years with Si3 delivering a completely outsourced solution including the entire back end network, applications, integration and front end hardware to Inov8.

The POS network would eventually be rolled to 20,000 nodes and be supported by the Si3 offices in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
