US firm in contract to develop State Bank software

NetSol Technologies, a developer of proprietary software applications and provider of information technology (IT) services, today announced its wholly-owned subsidiary, NetSol (Pvt) Ltd., has been awarded a new contract by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). Under the terms of the contract, which would bring immediate and significant revenues, NetSol will undertake several major software projects, including the design and development of the country's new central banking Electronic Credit Information Bureau (eCIB).
