National Art Gallery to open in Islamabad

The National Art Gallery is finally surfacing at a prominent place on the Constitution Avenue after a number of designs and various site relocations.

The project, costing Rs 250 million, is expected to be complete by the end of this year. The gallery’s building has been designed in a way that art collections will be displayed in eight galleries, with four other galleries serving as rotating sites.
