Pakistan tipped as 3rd largest cotton consumer

The US-based International Cotton Advisory Committee (ICAC) in its recent report has placed Pakistan as the third largest consumer of cotton this year amid predictions that world’s textile industry would consume over 98 million bales during 2004-05.
